16 Tips for Selling Online

No matter what website you use to sell your artistic creations, adding certain details to each listing helps to make it stand out from the crowd. Here’s some tips to help you.

#1: Write very good descriptions describing the artwork. Be sure to include details of the method you used to put that extra special touch that you put into each creation that you make.

#2: Write about the inspiration for the item. Include details to make it a one-of-a-kind story.

#3: Mention the detail to packaging the item for a safe arrival.

#4: Include a method to contact you just in case the potential buyer has questions.

#5: Be sure to have several payment methods. Some people like the convenience of online payments while others want to buy on the phone and some want to pay by personal check from a printed invoice that is sent by mail. Cover all your bases.

#6: You want to eliminate surprises. You want your customer to trust you. Giving full details is one way to do that. Full details can include satisfied customer testimonials.
